M. S. Hollis is one of the priviledged artists selected
to paint the portraits of the fallen soldiers lost during the conflict
in Iraq and Afganistan. Those 8 paintings are on exhibition from
March 23, 2005, at the Women in Military Service for American Museum
at the gateway to Arlington National Cemetery through March, 2006. The exhibition will then travel to select venues across the nation starting in Las Vegas.
The aritst relates that, "It is a distinct honor to be involved
with such a noble project that immortializes those who sacrificed
everything for freedom."
This exhibition has broad Federal Administration and Congressional
support. It has garnered wide media coverage, including all of the
major TV networks, plus many national magazine and newpaper articles. Website: http://www.mshollis.com - Sitemap - Phone: 512-847-3703 All Text and Images Copyright M. S. Hollis. All Rights Reserved.
